Natural History of California

Millions of years ago North America’s west coast was what is today’s Mogollon Rim in Arizona and what California is today was a wild assemblage of island arcs, marine sediment and stuff volcanoes make. This presentation focuses on the tectonics and other evolutionary marvels that resulted in the California we experience today.
