Classes

Whether you are just developing an interest in wildlife and birds or are a seasoned veteran who wants to know more about the subtle differences between juvenile gulls, classes on birds and other natural history are a great way to go! You will not only learn about the lives of birds, their behavior and how to identify them, but also how our local ecosystems support such an amazing variety of wildlife, plants and fungi in a fun and supportive environment.

We encourage you to join up with other nature enthusiasts to learn and share experiences of the surprisingly wild San Francisco Bay Area. Affordable classes range between single evening lectures by local luminaries to seasonally focused six week sessions including classroom presentations tied to local and regional field trips.
